Outreach Center is a church with outreach at its core. God called us to
"set the captives free" according to Isaiah 61:1-3. Captives can
be found in and out of the Lord Jesus Christ. People can be bound by addictions,
mindsets, lifestyles, lack of knowledge, being religious instead of spiritual
and all kinds of other inventions (Eccl. 7:29). Our goal as a ministry is
to fill people so full of the word of God that it liberates them in every
area of their life --- spirit, soul, and body!
